Chop the garlic.

Combine Ketchup (2 cups) , Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup) , Cane Syrup (1/4 cup) , Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) , Garlic (1/4 clove) , Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (1/4 cup) , Creole Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) in a 2 quart saucepan.
Step 3
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Taste and season with Salt (to taste) if needed. Store in the refrigerator. The sauce keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.
