Cooking Instructions

Chop the garlic.

Combine Ketchup (2 cups), Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup), Cane Syrup (4 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (1/4 clove), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (4 Tbsp), Creole Seasoning (2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (2 tsp) in a 2 quart saucepan.

Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.

Taste and season with Salt (to taste) if needed. Store in the refrigerator. The sauce keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.
