Chop up Palm Sugar (1/4 cup) .
Step 2
Add palm sugar to a saucepan with Water (2 Tbsp) and melt over low heat.
Step 3
Dice up the Avocado (1/2) and add it to a blender.
Step 4
Add in Milk (1 cup) and Ice (1 cup) .
Step 5
Pour in palm sugar syrup and blend well.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy.
