Cook the Fettuccine (1 package) according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Halve, peel, and remove the pit from the Avocado (4). Add them to a food processor with the Basil Pesto (1/4 cup) and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Season sauce with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), keep tasting along the way!
Toss the sauce with the warm noodles.
Slice the Lemon (1) in half. Squeeze over some juice from the lemon for flavor.
Garnish with Fresh Basil (to taste), Parmesan Cheese (to taste), and toasted Pine Nuts (to taste) if desired.
