Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together the Peanut Butter (1 cup), Egg (2), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Step 2
Add the Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) and Oats (2/3 cup).
Step 3
Add Chocolate Chips (2/3 cup) and Baking Powder (1 teaspoon).
Step 4
Form about 20 small balls and put them on a baking tray that is lined with with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 9-11 minutes, until tops are slightly golden.
Step 6
Set aside to cool for 2 minutes, then remove from baking tray to cool completely. Enjoy!
