Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Slice Apple (2 cup) into 1/4" thick pieces. Lay fruit on a parchment paper or silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
Whisk together Coconut Oil (1 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch), Ground Allspice (1 pinch), Fresh Ginger (1 pinch), Maple Syrup (2 teaspoon) and Salt (1 pinch). Flip fruit then brush with seasoned oil. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
Flip fruit and brush the other side with seasoned oil. Return to oven for 3 to 5 hours, or until fruit is dried (place some on a cooling rack if it dries out faster than others), flipping every 30 minutes.
Serve on their own or dipped in Greek Yogurt (to taste) flavored with Maple Syrup (to taste). Enjoy!
