Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Slice
Apples (2 cups)
into 1/4" thick pieces. Lay fruit on a parchment paper or silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk together
Coconut Oil (1 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch)
,
Ground Allspice (1 pinch)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 pinch)
,
Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
. Flip fruit then brush with seasoned oil. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Flip fruit and brush the other side with seasoned oil. Return to oven for 3 to 5 hours, or until fruit is dried (place some on a cooling rack if it dries out faster than others), flipping every 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve on their own or dipped in
Greek Yogurt (to taste)
flavored with
Maple Syrup (to taste)
