Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Slice Apples (2 cups) into 1/4" thick pieces. Lay fruit on a parchment paper or silpat lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

Whisk together Coconut Oil (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch), Ground Allspice (1 pinch), Fresh Ginger (1 pinch), Maple Syrup (1/2 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch). Flip fruit then brush with seasoned oil. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
