Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large bowl mix together the Sushi-Grade Tuna Fillets (3.5 oz), Chili Sauce (0.5 oz), Sriracha Mayonnaise (2 tsp), and Scallions (0.5 oz). Mix together.

In another large bowl, add the Sushi Grade Salmon (3.5 oz), Chili Sauce (0.5 oz), Scallions (0.5 oz), Sesame Seeds (1 tsp), and mix well.

Extend half of the cooked Japanese Rice (1 oz) over half of a Nori Sheets (1 sheet). Add Avocados (to taste) and the tuna mixture. Take the bottom end of the nori sheet and bring upwards to roll into a cone. Use a grain of rice to stick the nori together where it meets.
4.
Repeat with the second Nori Sheets (1 sheet), the remaining rice, and the salmon mixture.
5.
Serve immediately!
