Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a 18x13-inch cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together Cream Cheese (16 ounce), Garlic Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1/4 teaspoon).
Add Chicken (2 cup), Cooked Bacon (1/2 cup), Ham (1/2 cup), and Swiss Cheese (3/4 cup). Stir to combine, making sure to evenly coat all ingredients in the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
Take the Crescent Roll Dough (1) and separate dough into 4 rectangles (2 crescents per section). Place on cookie sheet in a circular shape resembling a compass.
Using the rest of the Crescent Roll Dough (1) and separate the dough into 4 rectangles (2 crescents per section) and fill in the gaps in the first layer.
Evenly spoon the cream cheese mixture over dough, molding mixture into shape of ring in the center of dough circle. Make sure to leave about 1/2-inch gap of dough in the center of the ring.
Fold up the edges of the crescent ring over the filling, and seal the dough so that the cream filling won’t seep out. Repeat for all remaining crescent ring edges.
Once your crescent ring has been formed, seal off any openings or edges, so it appears smooth and uniform.
Bake the ring at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Once cooled, cut into eight sections and serve!
