Add the Chickpeas (1 can), Baby Watercress (1 1/4 tsp), juice from Lemon (1), Vegan Basil Pesto (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch) into a food processor, blend for 1-2 minutes. You can alternatively mash the chickpeas by hand with a fork then add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
