5 Cremini Mushroom
2 cup Bean Sprouts
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
to taste Sriracha
to taste Scallion
3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

STEP 1
Slice your Cremini Mushroom (5).
STEP 2
Slice your Scallion (to taste).
STEP 3
Gather your Bean Sprouts (2 cup).
STEP 4
Heat your pan over medium heat. Place your Vegetable Oil (3 tablespoon) in the pan then add the mushrooms and cook until they're three-quarters done, about 4 to 5 minutes (how they look in the photo).
STEP 5
Add your bean sprouts and cook until tender, about 4 minutes.
STEP 6
Add Brown Rice (2 cup) and green onions. Mix all ingredients. Heat for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon).
STEP 7
Serve with Sriracha (to taste) and enjoy!
