Step 1
Halve the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4) .
Step 2
Pound the chicken to an even thickness and place in a shallow baking pan.
Step 3
Chop the Garlic (6 cloves) and Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) . In a small bowl, mix the juice from Limes (2) , cilantro, garlic, Honey (1 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) .
Step 4
Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly. Cover and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 5
Grill chicken till no longer pink inside 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 6
Enjoy!
