Halve the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (4).
Pound the chicken to an even thickness and place in a shallow baking pan.
Chop the Garlic (6 clove) and the fresh Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup). In a small bowl, mix Lime Juice (1/4 cup), cilantro, garlic, Honey (1 tablespoon), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and ground Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon).
Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly. Cover and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Grill chicken till no longer pink inside 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
