Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl mash the Banana (2) together with the Salt (1/2 teaspoon) then add Organic Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon), Organic Egg (2), Apple Sauce (1/3 cup), Almond Butter (1/4 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Mix until all is combined.
Stir in the Gluten-Free Oat Flour (2/3 cup), Almond Flour (2/3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Baking Powder (1 teaspoon).
Use some coconut oil to grease the cake pan (bottom and sides) then lightly dust it with some oat flour. Pour in the batter.
Drizzle the Strawberry Jam (1/2 cup) on top and using the back of a spoon mix in the jam with the regular batter. Swirl it around a little too.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool it down and enjoy!
