Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine Apple Juice (4 cup), Cinnamon Stick (2), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon), Whole Clove (1 teaspoon) and Whole Allspice (1/2 teaspoon) in a sauce pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Strain out the solids and then chill in the refrigerator until completely cool.
Step 3
Juice the Lemon (1) and reserve the rind. In a pitcher, combine White Mezcal (10 fluid ounce), Cointreau (5 fluid ounce) and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
Step 4
When you are ready to pour the drinks, thinly slice the Apple (1). Combine Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Granulated Sugar (3 tablespoon) in a dish. Use the lemon rind to dampen the rim of the glasses, then dip them into the dish with the cinnamon and sugar.
Step 5
Add Ice (to taste) to the glasses, divide the margaritas between them, and garnish with apple slices. Serve and enjoy!
