Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Add Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (3 cup) to a large bowl.
Add Unsalted Slivered Almonds (1 cup), Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (3/4 cup), Chopped Pecans (1/2 cup), and Pumpkin Pie Spice (1 teaspoon). Mix to combine.
In a medium bowl, combine Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon), Honey (1/4 cup), Organic Coconut Oil (1/4 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), and Sea Salt (to taste). Mix well and pour into the oat mixture while stirring to coat evenly.
Pour granola onto a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Spread evenly over the pan in a single layer.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes on the center rack of the oven, stirring every 15 minutes so the granola browns evenly.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Spoon into a container and seal. Store in a cool, dry cupboard. Enjoy!
