Step 1
Put Ghee (1/4 tsp) , Plain Yogurt (1/2 Tbsp) , and La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well. Place in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it at all times to prevent overflowing.
Step 2
Take the bowl out of the microwave and stir.
Step 3
Put it into the Panasonic Microwave for another minute. Take out again and stir.
Step 4
Repeat three times. The texture should have gotten stickier. The palkova is ready to serve. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
