Combine the Milk (1/2 cup), Water (1/2 cup), Quick Cooking Oats (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/4 teaspoon), and Salt (1/8 teaspoon) in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and whisk for about 3-5 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken.
Thinly slice the medium Banana (1/2) and whisk it in, "whipping" the oatmeal to a creamy texture. Add more milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency. Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes, or until the oats are creamy.
Chop the Coconut Almonds (to taste) and Dried Persimmons (to taste).
Serve the oatmeal immediately, topped with Dark Brown Sugar (2 teaspoon) and the chopped garnishes.
