Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) in a large bowl.
3.
Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Almonds (1/3 cup), and Salt (1 pinch).
4.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about an inch apart on a cookie sheet.
5.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool slightly on a wire rack.
6.
Roll warm cookies in Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste).
7.
Set on wire rack to cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again.
