Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). In a bowl, beat the Eggs (8) , Eggnog (2 cups) , and Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) .
Step 2
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and beat again.
Step 3
Slice the Croissants (24) in half lengthwise. Working in batches, submerge and soak the halves in eggnog mixture for a minute. Cook in a greased pan or hot griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Transfer to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven until you are ready to serve.
Step 5
To serve, stack the pieces and dust with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) .
Step 6
Then drizzle with Maple Syrup (to taste) .
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
