Slice Grapefruit (2 slices) into thin slices.

In a rocks glass, muddle the Brown Sugar Cube (1), Angostura Bitters (6 dashes), and one of the thin grapefruit slices until the sugar is mostly dissolved.

step 3

Add an ice cube and then the Brandy (2 fl oz), stir with a cocktail spoon for 30 seconds.

step 4

Garnish with the other grapefruit slice and a Luxardo Cherry (1) and enjoy!
