Line a sheet pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Place the White Chocolate (1 cup) in a double boiler and melt. To make in a double boiler: fill a pot about 1/4 full with water and bring to a simmer. Place a metal bowl over the pot, making sure the bowl's bottom does not touch the water. You can also microwave the chocolate if you feel more comfortable. Microwave for 30 second intervals at 50% power, until melted. Once melted, spread the white chocolate into an 8x6-inch rectangle.

Using a spoon, quickly make dots and patterns on top of the white chocolate.
