Step 1
Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the
Lime (1)
and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.
Step 2
Combine
Salt (1/2 tsp)
,
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
and
Chili Powder (1/2 tsp)
on a small plate. Rim the glass with a Lime Wedge and then rim the glass in the salt mixture.
Step 3
To the glass, add
Tomato Sauce (2 Tbsp)
,
Maggi Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
,
Hot Sauce (1 tsp)
and the juice from
Lime (1)
. Combine with a bar spoon.
Step 4
Fill halfway with
Ice (to taste)
.
Step 5
Top with
Tecate (2 cans)
or other Mexican beer and combine. Enjoy!
