In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the
Light Corn Syrup (3/4 cup)
Butter (1/4 cup)
Water (1/2 Tbsp)
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/2 cups)
and an additional 2 tablespoons and
Marshmallows (1 cup)
Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Carefully combine the hot mixture with the
Popcorn (20 cups)
, coating each kernel.
Grease hands with butter and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools.
Wrap with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
