In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the Light Corn Syrup (3/4 cup), Butter (1/4 cup), Water (2 teaspoon), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 1/2 cup) and an additional 2 tablespoons and Marshmallow (1 cup).
Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Carefully combine the hot mixture with the Popcorn (5 quart), coating each kernel.
Grease hands with butter and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools.
Wrap with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
