In a medium bowl or on a clean surface, combine
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
into a pile and make a well in the middle, then pour in the
Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
Slowly work until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a ball and split the dough into even pieces. Flatten each piece with a floured rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan. Place the flattened dough into the dry pan and wait for it to bubble, then flip. Keep flatbread warm under a towel and serve with dips of choice.
