Step 1
Cut the
Sourdough Bread (2 slices)
into thick slices.
Step 2
Spread one slice of bread with
Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
Step 3
Place butter side down on the cutting board. Top unbuttered side of the bread with
Cheddar Cheese (3 slices)
.
Step 4
Layer
Fresh Raspberries (1/4 cup)
over the cheese.
Step 5
Gently mash the raspberries.
Step 6
Top with chopped
Dark Chocolate (1/4 cup)
and remaining
Cheddar Cheese (3 slices)
.
Step 7
Place second slice of bread on top and spread with
Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
Step 8
Heat a nonstick small skillet over medium heat. Slide in
Unsalted Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
Step 9
Once butter has melted, place sandwich in skillet.
Step 10
When underside is golden brown, about 4 minutes, turn sandwich and cook for another 4 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Eat immediately and enjoy!
