Is it a dip? Is it a dressing? Is it sauce? It's up to you! We couldn't get enough of this zesty, versatile Jalapeño Lime Dip and Sauce (and we won't judge you if you eat it straight from the bowl with a spoon).

Cooking Instructions
1.
Peel and chop the Garlic (2 cloves). Roughly chop Jalapeño Peppers (3) and de-seed them if you are looking for a milder sauce.
2.
Place the Peppers, Garlic, Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) and juice of the Lime (1) into a blender or food processor. Add Plain Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Salt (as needed) and Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and then blend until smooth.
3.
Serve as desired! This sauce is perfect on top of proteins or veggies (see the Peruvian Sheet Pan Chicken recipe). It also makes a great dip for fresh vegetables or chips.
Author's Notes
If using as a salad dressing, thin with water or milk to make it more pourable.
