Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop the Garlic (2 cloves) . Roughly chop Jalapeño Peppers (3) and de-seed them if you are looking for a milder sauce.
Step 2
Place the Peppers, Garlic, Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) and juice of the Lime (1) into a blender or food processor. Add Plain Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) and Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) and then blend until smooth.
Step 3
Serve as desired! This sauce is perfect on top of proteins or veggies (see the Peruvian Sheet Pan Chicken recipe). It also makes a great dip for fresh vegetables or chips.
