Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

In a medium bowl combine Almond Flour (1 1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).

Add Egg (3) and Coconut Oil (3 tablespoon) into the flour mixture and stir until all clumps have broken apart. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes.
4.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a Tablespoon scoop dough into 3-5 mounds until they are even in size. Using your fingers, smooth out the top and form into circles. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
5.
Allow to cool and serve with your choice of spreads.
