Step 1
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) . Swirl pan till oil coats the bottom.
Step 2
Once the oil is hot but not sizzling, gently crack the Egg (1) into the pan.
Step 3
Cook until white is set and yolk is slightly runny, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off heat and season egg with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
