Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Swirl pan till oil coats the bottom.

Once the oil is hot but not sizzling, gently crack the Egg (1) into the pan.

Cook until white is set and yolk is slightly runny, approximately 4-5 minutes.

Turn off heat and season egg with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
