Step 1
Crack Eggs (3) into a bowl.
Step 2
Pour in Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Whisk all ingredients.
Step 4
Continue whisking till mixture is fully combined.
Step 5
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) .
Step 6
Swirl butter around to coat the bottom of the pan.
Step 7
Pour in egg mixture and turn heat down to low.
Step 8
Gently fold eggs into each other.
Step 9
Once eggs reach desired consistency, turn off heat and add Salt (to taste) .
Step 10
Serve with toast and enjoy!
