Crack Egg (3) into a bowl.
Pour in Heavy Cream (2 tablespoon).
Whisk all ingredients.
Continue whisking till mixture is fully combined.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add Unsalted Butter (2 tablespoon).
Swirl butter around to coat the bottom of the pan.
Pour in egg mixture and turn heat down to low.
Gently fold eggs into each other.
Once eggs reach desired consistency, turn off heat and add Salt (to taste).
Serve with toast and enjoy!
