Step 1
Crack the eggs and separate the
Eggs (3)
Yolks and Whites into separate bowls.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until they become fluffy and white.
Step 3
Add the
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
to the Egg Yolks and beat with the electric mixer until it forms a creamy mixture. Once the color reaches a light yellow, add the
Mascarpone Cheese (2 cups)
.
Step 4
Lightly fold in the beaten egg whites to the cheese mixture until smooth.
Step 5
Dip both sides of the
Ladyfingers (1 pckg)
to the
Mango Juice (2 cups)
holding it flat for 3 seconds in total.
Step 6
After you dip the savoiardi biscuits, cut the cookie in half an place it in the bottom of a glass. Each layer needs one and a half cookies.
Step 7
Cover the cookies with a few spoonfuls of the marscapone cheese mixture.
Step 8
Add a few chunks of the
Dark Chocolate (1 cup)
, then sprinkle some of the
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup)
and a few pieces of
Mango (1)
.
Step 9
Repeat the process until the glasses are filled to the top. Garnish with more chopped mango and cocoa powder.
