Crack the eggs and separate the Egg (3) Yolks and Whites into separate bowls.
Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until they become fluffy and white.
Add the Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon) to the Egg Yolks and beat with the electric mixer until it forms a creamy mixture. Once the color reaches a light yellow, add the Mascarpone Cheese (500 gram).
Lightly fold in the beaten egg whites to the cheese mixture until smooth.
Dip both sides of the Ladyfingers (1 package) to the Mango Juice (2 cup) holding it flat for 3 seconds in total.
After you dip the savoiardi biscuits, cut the cookie in half an place it in the bottom of a glass. Each layer needs one and a half cookies.
Cover the cookies with a few spoonfuls of the marscapone cheese mixture.
Add a few chunks of the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup), then sprinkle some of the Dark Chocolate (200 gram) and a few pieces of Mango (1).
Repeat the process until the glasses are filled to the top. Garnish with more chopped mango and cocoa powder.
