Step 1
Add
Butter (1/3 cup)
to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10-20 seconds or until it is melted.
Step 2
Add
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
to the butter and mix well. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved into the butter.
Step 3
Add
Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup)
and mix vigorously. Make sure the sugar is evenly distributed.
Step 4
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
Stir well and microwave again for 2 minutes. The color should turn into a deep amber color like caramel sauce.
Step 6
Add
Cream (1/2 cup)
,
Sea Salt (1 pinch)
, and mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Mix well and let it cool completely. You can use the sauce to top desserts and ice cream! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
