Heat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine Tomato Sauce (3 tablespoon), Sweet Chili Sauce (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 dash), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 dash), Honey (1 teaspoon), Dark Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Cayenne Pepper (1 teaspoon), Garlic (2 clove), and Lime (to taste).
Coat the Free Range Chicken Wings (10) thoroughly in the sauce. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes while your oven preheats.
Arrange the wings on a lined baking sheet (you may need two of them) and bake directly under the grill for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice and basting liberally with any leftover marinade.
In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the Stilton Blue Cheese (1 piece) in the Fresh Cream (250 milliliter).
Allow to reduce until thickened and serve warm with a few freshly chopped Fresh Chives (to taste).
Serve the hot wings with the creamy blue cheese sauce to dip in.
