Peychaud's Bitters
to taste
Club Soda

Step 1
For the syrup, combine the Water (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) in a pan over medium heat. Once combined, add Fresh Basil Leaves (4) and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the syrup, Bourbon (3 fl oz) , the juice of Grapefruit (2) and Peychaud's Bitters (to taste) in a glass. Add ice and top with Club Soda (to taste) . Stir.
Step 3
Garnish with Fresh Rosemary (4 sprigs) and grapefruit peels. Enjoy!
