Step 1
Mix together
All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)

Salt (1 tsp)

Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
, and
Milk (1 cup)

Step 2
Split dough into 8 similarly sized balls.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll the balls to a 1/4 inch thickness.
Step 4
Melt
Vegetable Shortening (1/2 cup)
in frying pan.
Step 5
Lay dough in melted shortening and fry until golden on both sides.
Step 6
Top fry bread with
Canned Chili with Beans (2 1/3 cups)
and any other toppings desired. Enjoy!
