Mix together All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Baking Powder (3 teaspoon), and Milk (1 cup).
Split dough into 8 similarly sized balls.
On a floured surface, roll the balls to a 1/4 inch thickness.
Melt Vegetable Shortening (1/2 cup) in frying pan.
Lay dough in melted shortening and fry until golden on both sides.
Top fry bread with Canned Chili with Beans (21 ounce) and any other toppings desired. Enjoy!
