This is no ordinary sammie. It's an Italian Braised Pork Hoagie. And, if you have some leftover braised pork, it will only take five minutes to make! I used leftover pork from my Pork Ragout recipe.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat the Pork Shoulder (13 oz) in a microwave oven.
2.
Slice the Hoagie Rolls (4) in half and build the sandwich by dividing the pork, slices of Provolone Cheese Slices (8), Beefsteak Tomato (1), Fresh Basil Leaves (8) and Baby Arugula (8 1/2 cups) between the rolls.
3.
Serve with plenty of napkins. Enjoy!
