Step 1
Combine your Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon) in a bowl and whisk to remove any clumps.
Step 2
In a large glass or small bowl add your Soy Milk (1 cup) with Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon) and whisk well. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. This will turn your regular soy milk into soy buttermilk!
