Combine your Unbleached All Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/4 tsp) in a bowl and whisk to remove any clumps.

In a large glass or small bowl add your Soy Milk (1 cup) with Distilled White Vinegar (1 Tbsp) and whisk well. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. This will turn your regular soy milk into soy buttermilk!
