Vegan Chicken Nuggets (1 lb)
in oven or according to package directions.
Salad Greens (5 cups)
Vegan Caesar Dressing (1/3 cup)
; stir in
Vegan Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
. Set aside.
Once chicken nuggets are heated, cut them into small pieces and toss with
Vegan Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup)
Lay one of your
Large Flour Tortillas (4)
on a flat surface and line the center with dressing coated salad, leaving small border at each end; top with roughly a quarter of the chicken nuggets.
Fold up the tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly.
Slice in half diagonally and serve. Enjoy!
