Try this super simple yet so yummy stir-fry with cabbage and chili. Serve it up with some konjac rice, or cauliflower rice, both are healthier options. Else, this goes divine with some steamed or boiled basmati as well!

Soy Sauce

Konjac Rice
or Cauliflower Rice

White Sesame Seeds
(optional)
Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash and chop up the Green Cabbage (14 oz).

In a large skillet or wok, heat up Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) with Garlic (2 cloves) and Red Chili Peppers (2). Sauté for 2 minutes.
3.
Add the cabbage and Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp). Stir, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat until cabbage is cooked.
4.
Serve this up with Konjac Rice (2 cups). Add some White Sesame Seeds (to taste) as well for some extra fats and protein.
