Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place the Fresh Mint (2/3 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste), Pumpkin Seed Butter (2 tablespoon), and Garlic (1 clove) into a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until creamy.
Step 3
Cook Pasta (200 gram) based on package instructions.
Step 4
Drain it and dress it with your pesto. Serve it up with some more grated parmesan cheese if desired.
