Instead of egg-based pasta sheets I use rice cakes, instead of bolognese sauce I use simple tomato basil sauce, instead of mozzarella we have cottage cheese. The result? A SUPER TASTY baked casserole which will leave you wanting more and more!

Cooking Instructions

Add a tablespoon of the Tomato Sauce (1/3 cup) into a baking tray, then add one of the Rice Cakes (3). Layer on some of the Cottage Cheese (1/4 cup), Ham (3 Tbsp), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 Tbsp). Add 1 Tbsp of water.

Repeat to make 3 layers of rice cakes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours so the flavors can soak into the cakes.

When you're ready to eat, preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and enjoy!
