Makes 1 cup.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Aquafaba (3 Tbsp) and Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 tsp) to a mug or mason jar and begin blending with an immersion blender or into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend until the aquafaba begins to froth and thicken.
Step 2
Slowly, while blending, drizzle in the Canola Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Refined Coconut Oil (1/2 cup) , one at a time, and continue blending until it begins to thicken. It should look kind of like mayonnaise.
