Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 tsp)
to a mug or mason jar and begin blending with an immersion blender or into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend until the aquafaba begins to froth and thicken.
Slowly, while blending, drizzle in the
Canola Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Refined Coconut Oil (1/2 cup)
, one at a time, and continue blending until it begins to thicken. It should look kind of like mayonnaise.
Nutritional Yeast (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)
Salt (1 pinch)
until combined and smooth. Taste and season to taste.
Transfer to an air-tight container and place it in the fridge overnight to firm.
Use on toast, for cooking, or any other way you'd use butter!
