Aquafaba is the liquid found in canned chickpeas.

Makes 1 cup.

Add Aquafaba (3 Tbsp) and Apple Cider Vinegar (as needed) to a mug or mason jar and begin blending with an immersion blender or into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend until the aquafaba begins to froth and thicken.

Slowly, while blending, drizzle in the Canola Oil (4 tsp) and Refined Coconut Oil (1/2 cup), one at a time, and continue blending until it begins to thicken. It should look kind of like mayonnaise.
