Supposedly, this delicious yet simple cocktail was invented in Cuba after the importation of western beverages like cola began, and someone had the idea to mix the sweet fizzy drink with a shot of smooth, golden rum. Wherever the origin, this worldwide bar staple couldn't be easier to make at home.

BACARDÍ Carta Oro Rum
3 Tbsp
Cola
to taste
Ice

Lime Wedges , divided

Step 1
Fill a highball glass with Ice (to taste) . Then squeeze Lime Wedges (2) over the ice and drop them into the glass.
Step 2
Pour in the BACARDÍ Carta Oro Rum (1 1/2 Tbsp) followed by chilled Cola (3 Tbsp) , and give it all a gentle stir.
Step 3
Garnish with the final Lime Wedge (1) and serve.
