Step 1
To a tall glass, add the Lime Wedges (4) and Caster Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Bruise the Fresh Mint Leaves (12) by clapping them between your palms, then rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Muddle everything together with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.
Step 3
Fill the glass with Ice (to taste) add the BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (3 Tbsp) and stir.
Step 4
Top with more Ice (to taste) , Fresh Mint (1 sprig) , and Seltzer Water (1 1/2 Tbsp) .
