Cooking Instructions
1.
To a tall glass, add the Lime Wedges (4) and Caster Sugar (2 tsp).
2.
Bruise the Fresh Mint Leaves (12) by clapping them between your palms, then rub them on the rim of the glass and drop them in. Muddle everything together with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.
3.
Fill the glass with Ice (to taste) add the BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (3 1/3 Tbsp) and stir.
4.
Top with more Ice (to taste), Fresh Mint (1 sprig), and Soda Water (1 2/3 Tbsp).
