Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine Egg (2), Dijon Mustard (1 teaspoon), White Wine Vinegar (1 tablespoon) and Sea Salt (to taste) in a small, deep bowl.
Step 2
Combine Olive Oil (1/2 cup) and Canola Oil (1/2 cup). Slowly drizzle oil into in the mixture while blending with a hand mixer. Continue blending until well combined and emulsified.
Step 3
Add a squeeze of Lemon Juice (to taste) and stir. Serve and enjoy!
