Cooking Instructions
1.
Add the Ice (as needed), BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (3 1/3 Tbsp), Fresh Mint Leaves (4), Simple Syrup (1 2/3 Tbsp), juice from Lime (1) and Bitters (2 dashes) to a shaker.

Give it a quick and vigorous shake.

Strain the mixture into a Coupette Glass and then top with Prosecco Wine (4 Tbsp).

Garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste).
