Cooking Instructions
1.
Blend Fresh Mango Chunks (3 cups), Oranges (1 cup), Fresh Mint (1 1/2 sprigs), and Prosecco Wine (to taste) in a food processor or blender.
2.
Pour Ginger Ale (1 can) into the popsicle molds.
3.
Use a spoon to scoop the fruit puree into the molds. Fill until liquid is nearly at the brim.
4.
Place in popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. For easy removal of popsicle, run molds under hot water for a few seconds. Eat alone or serve in a g glass of Prosecco. Enjoy!
