Combine the Fresh Strawberries (3 cups), Fresh Blueberries (2 cups), and Fresh Basil (4 Tbsp) in a large bowl and give them a good stir.

Then whisk the zest and juice of the Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Dry Mustard (as needed), and Salt (as needed) together in another bowl. While you keep whisking, slowly pour in the Canola Oil (1/2 cup) and continue to whisk until it is a thick dressing.
