Step 1
Firstly, take out the pomegranate seeds as this definitely takes the longest.
Step 2
Now cut up the
Figs (5)
into thin slices.
Step 3
Measure out the
Oats (1 2/3 cups)
and the
Water (1 1/4 cups)
, pop them in a pan and cook them over medium heat.
Step 4
When the oats and water have started to bind, add the
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
and
Vanilla Bean Paste (1 Tbsp)
. When it's almost fully cooked then add the
Pomegranate Seeds (1/3 cup)
.
Step 5
After that it’s up to you! I made my figs into a little flower pattern and scattered the
Almonds (10)
and
Unsweetened Shaved Coconut (2 Tbsp)
all around. Let your artistic soul break free on your oatmeal. Serve and enjoy!
